Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour - £24,638 per annum.

Job overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent part-time Band 2 Clerical Officer within the District Nurse Liaison office, Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
The working hours are 30 hours per week, to be worked as below.
The post holder will be required to work 10.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Main duties of the job
The post holder be required to be an effective member of the clerical team and to assist with the provision of a comprehensive clerical and office support service to the District Nurse Liaison team, supporting their day-to-day responsibilities to ensure that priorities are delivered accurately, timely and effectively.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Knowledge
Essential criteria- ECDL or equivalent experience of working with Microsoft Packages to include Excel and Word
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Knowledge and understanding of NHS
Experience
Essential criteria- Experience of using databases
- Ability to work to agreed timetables / deadlines
- Experience of working in the NHS
