Lettings Administrator - Watford

We've recently taken on a new position with our clients, a highly respected Letting Agency just outside of Watford, who are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their team.

Ideally, they are looking for someone who has previous experience in the position, however, would be open to someone with strong admin skills.

The successful Lettings Administrator will be offered:

• £28,000 Salary
• Pension
• 20 Day Holiday + Bank Holidays
• Free Car Parking

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00

Lettings Administrator requirements:

• Good telephone manner
• Strong administration and organisation skills
• Experience working within an office-based admin role
• Lettings experience preferred but not essential

As a Lettings Administrator, your role will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting the lettings team where needed
• General office administration
• Experience working with Microsoft
• Advertising properties on property portals
