Youth Worker - Charity Worker

Duties of the Youth Worker:
- Planning and executing programs for the church's youth ministry, such as Youth camps, picnics, career talks, and concerts.
- Devising, establishing, developing, and overseeing a mentoring program and meetings with young people to provide spiritual support via bible study, prayer, and worship.
- Identifying and developing the gifts and talents of young people and volunteers
- Mobilising and encouraging the youths to actively participate in church life
- To provide overall care for the Youths in the church
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required for the Youth Worker:
- The post occupier must hold a minimum of Secondary School education.
- A strong personal Christian faith.
- Experience in leading youth and young people as well as organising relevant activities for Youths.
- Awareness of youth and culture and issues facing young people.
- The ability to be empathetic and build trusting relationships with young people
- Strong Counselling Skills
- Apt to Teach
- Excellent Team Player
- Effective communication skills (verbal & written
