We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacy technician to complete our friendly team. You will develop skills in a range of areas at St Helier Hospital and we will also assist you with your Accredited Checking course (ACPT).

Main duties of the job
There are two posts available based at St Helier Hospital site (Inpatients and Outpatients).
This post is on the progression pathway from band 4 to 5. We help support your development to reach band 5 level. The progression is not automatic but vacancy led.
You will work closely with the senior technician team, to ensure patients receive their outpatient and discharge medication in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
Applicants must have BTEC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services and must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Having the ACPT would be an advantage but if you do not have that qualification, we will help support you achieve it.
The post includes participation in weekends (7 days), bank holidays and late duty rotas.
