About You:
- Nursing Qualification: You have a Registered General Nurse qualification and hold a valid UK NMC Pin
- Specialised Expertise: You have extensive experience in older adult care, particularly in dementia and palliative care settings.
- Inspiring Leader: You have a strong ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team while promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
- Effective Communicator: Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build trusting relationships with residents, their families, and your team.
