- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are met.

- Liaising with buyers, marketing and sales staff.
- Supervising the work of junior staff.
- Organising relevant training sessions.
- Inspecting finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Assistant should have:
- A strong educational background in Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
