Finance Assistant – Sunderland (SR5)
Maxim FM have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our head office team in Sunderland (SR5).
The role reports directly to the Finance Manager.
Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
Duties:- Posting and allocation of payments.
- Reconciling unallocated payments.
- Following up all enquiries.
- Weekly and monthly invoice runs.
- Sending monthly updates.
- Assisting with purchase ledger as and when required.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the finance manager.
- 23 days holiday + Bank holidays.
- Casual dress Fridays.
- On-site parking.
- 8 hours per day (9am – 5pm)
- Monday to Friday.
- 37.5 hours per week (total)
This position offers a competitive salary.
