Job Purpose

We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a talented HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide strategic support to our global Fixed Income and Data Services Sales organization, working closely with leaders and managers to deliver data-driven insights and innovative strategies for attracting and retaining top talent in our fast-paced and thriving business environment.

To excel in this position, you will need significant HR Business Partnering experience across EMEA, along with expertise in managing HR practices and processes across multiple jurisdictions. This role also offers a unique chance to broaden your global expertise by partnering to support a APAC and U.S.-based team. Given the global scope of this position, the ideal candidate should be adaptable with their working hours and may occasionally need to participate in early morning or evening calls.

Responsibilities
  • Manager Support and Consultation: Provide guidance to managers on policies and processes related to performance management, compensation, career development, employee engagement, attrition, retention, training, and workforce planning.
  • Trusted Advisor: Build credible, sustainable relationships with business partners, acting as a trusted advisor on people-related topics.
  • Collaborative Relationships: Foster strong connections with local HR teams and specialized HR functions, including Shared Services, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Change Management: Partner with HR teams on organizational effectiveness and manage change efforts related to reorganizations and transfers.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct analyses to identify key opportunities and provide actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving impactful people strategies.
  • Actionable Insights: Translate people data into meaningful insights, presenting findings to business leaders to guide strategy and decision-making.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Sales and HR Expertise: Strong acumen in sales organization and substantial HR experience, including supporting sales or broker organizations with incentive-based compensation.
  • Change Management: Proven ability to lead and support change-related projects in fast-paced, commercial environments.
  • Strategic HR Solutions: Track record of delivering business-focused HR solutions in global matrix organizations with knowledge of European working practices.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities, paired with excellent coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills.
  • HR Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, processes, and employment law, along with their interconnected impacts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in IT, including Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle systems, with strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently, lead, and influence without direct authority.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Flexible and comfortable navigating ambiguity while managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Attention to Detail and Confidentiality: High level of accuracy and integrity, with a professional approach to sensitive information.
  • Qualifications: HR-related academic background, CIPD-qualified or equivalent experience, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and perseverance.
