Executive Assistant Kings CrossPermanent£40,000 - £48,000 plus benefitsHybrid – 4:1 An international retailer is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their smaller London satellite office. This role will predominantly support the COO and wider support to an office of around 15 people.
Being part of a busy workload will be where you thrive, enjoy building relationships and be an expert at coordinating travel logistics and scheduling conflicting diaries across time zones WHAT YOU’LL DO This is a busy Executive Assistant role within a busy global company, who are collaborative and inclusive smaller office in London.
Typical duties include; Scheduling meetings across multiple time zones with senior stakeholders across the business. Organising international trips for predominantly the COO as well as for groups of international employees when they visit European sites.
Minuting meetings for SLT meetings Managing the office, such as supplies, IT issues, and being the POC to escalate issues to the building manager Supporting the wider business with ad hoc requests Processing expenses WHO YOU ARE To be successful, you will have a great work ethic and attitude, and want the chance to working in a friendly and professional environment within an impressive global reaching firm.
Previous experience as an EA/PA supporting a Senior Manager within a professional environment Experience working in smaller offices would be advantageous but not essential You will be engaging, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude Proactive nature Able to adapt working style to suit multiple people within the team.
