- Highly organised and able to work independently
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Accurate data entry and updating of records
- General administration duties including but not limited to notes taking diary management travel booking etc
- Multi-tasking abilities and ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel Outlook PowerPoint Word etc
- Prior experience working in an engineering company preferably in the rail sector
