Job Advertisement: Teaching Assistant Roles - Part Time - South Lancaster (Long Term)**

We are currently seeking two enthusiastic **Teaching Assistants** for part-time, long-term roles in **South Lancaster**. If you are passionate about working with young children and supporting their learning journey, we'd love to hear from you!

**Role 1: Year 4 Teaching Assistant (1-1 and Whole Class Support)**

• **Days:** One day per week (Friday)
• **Responsibilities:** Provide both 1-1 and whole-class support under the guidance of the class teacher, fostering a positive learning environment for all students.

**Role 2: Year 1 Teaching Assistant (Whole Class Support)**

• **Days:** Two days per week (Thursday and Friday)
• **Responsibilities:** Support the whole class, assisting with daily learning activities and helping to create an inclusive classroom atmosphere.

• Experience working with primary school children, ideally in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
• Relevant qualifications or prior experience in a similar role are beneficial but not essential
