Job Description
  • Manage and resolve queries related to contracts, sales orders and financial data.
  • Provide support and solutions to internal / external customers.
  • Communicate and provide administrative support to other teams.
  • Ensure all financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documents.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to financial management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
The Successful Applicant
  • Previous experience in a finance related role / transferable skills and experience.
  • Organizational and time management skills, ability to handle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail to drive accuracy.
  • Experience of using Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookup capability.
  • Experience of working with software SaaS applications such as Salesforce would be an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
