Interim Operations Manager

Main Purpose of the role: 1. Oversee the smooth operation of Catalyst Support projects in your portfolio, with support from Service Managers and infrastructure. 2. Take accountability for your portfolio whilst working collaboratively with the other interim operations manager and supporting each other as necessary.
3. Develop work with our Partners for delivery of our services. 4. Keep our services safe for service users, employees, and project partners. Working with the senior leaders of the charity to develop and implement strategic goals. Key Tasks 1. Working in partnership with other key stakeholders to deliver smooth running on budget services.
2. Continuously improve the service delivery. 3. Develop new projects and identify other projects that would match the charities ethos. Focus on Health & Safety of delivery of service, keeping clients safe and employees safe. Key Objectives 1. Improvement of service delivery against service contracts.
