Job Description
  • Oversee front office recruitment processes within the firm's front office recruitment team.
  • Utilise Workday to streamline and enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Participate in job fairs and organise recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment in alignment with company values.
  • Provide training and support to junior recruiters and other staff members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Front Office Senior Recruiter-Equities should have:

  • Substantial recent and current experience recruiting into the Front Office within a global Financial Services setting
  • Proven skills in Workday and recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Front Office operations and requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
  • A commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
  • The ability to organise and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • The ability to be office-based 5 days per week.
