We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, innovative and motivated to lead our team of Customer Consultants as a Team Manager. The role involves working alongside fellow Team Managers to ensure the Customer Consultant team achieve individual and collective targets.You will be focussed on ensuring your team remains fully engaged and supported, and our customers receive the best possible experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a franchised dealership, and/or experience in a management role. Alternatively, if you have previous experience as a Business or Transaction Manager, or senior aftersales role, and are looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.Candidates must be results-focussed, and have a professional, friendly and customer-centric approach.

Key job areas of the Team Manager role:
- Motivate and lead our team of Customer Consultants to achieve key targets.
- Sell new and used vehicles and related products.
- Support the Service Manager to oversee the front and back aftersales processes.
- Maintain high levels of customer focus.
- Monitor staff training needs.
- Work as a full member of the dealership team.
What we’re looking for in a Team Manager:
- Previous experience in either automotive sales or service.
- Previous experience managing a team is desirable.
- Ability to work towards and successfully achieving targets.
- Knowledge of sales and service principles and methods.
- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service and people skills.
- Must have flexible ‘can do’ attitude.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
