Team Leader (Days) - £14.15ph - Mansfield - Mace
Salary: £14.15 per hour plus incentives
Hours: Full-Time (7am-7pm, 3 shifts per week, including alternate weekends and an on-call weekend rota)

About the Care Home:
Located just outside of Mansfield, this purpose-built care home offers personal, nursing, and dementia care for up to 49 residents. While purpose-built, the home has been designed to feel warm and welcoming, with garden areas that align with the home's values and ethos.

- Lead and support the team in delivering high-quality care that focuses on residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Oversee and assist with daily activities, including personal care, washing, dressing, and eating.
- Administer medication and ensure care plans are regularly updated.
- Promote residents' choice, dignity, and independence at all times.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3 minimum).
- At least one year of experience in a residential or nursing home setting.
- Understanding of Person-Centred Care Planning.
- A full driving license.
- Awareness of safeguarding and abuse prevention for vulnerable adults.
- Must live within 30 minutes of the home.
- Satisfactory Care Character Assessment.
- Two years of experience in a similar role within a nursing home.
- Experience in dementia care or managing a team.
- NVQ Level 4 in Adult Health and Social Care or higher.
