We are now looking for an exceptional Director of Finance & Resources to join our Executive Team. This is a very exciting time for Alpha, as we grow through acquisitions and new developments, and we will soon become an actively regulated landlord.You will play a key role in supporting this process by ensuring compliance with our financial regulatory requirements as well as optimising our financial capacity, leading our funding strategy, providing financial and commercial appraisals of major projects, and ensuring our security, stability and growth within our business plan.
As our new Director of Finance and Resources, you will have responsibility for managing a small team that covers: Finance; Audit, Risk & Assurance; Procurement; as well as IT and GDPR. You will also act as Company Secretary and support the Chief Executive in corporate governance.
You will be a fully qualified accountant (CCAB or CIMA) with strategic financial management experience within the housing sector. In addition, you will be committed to our values, playing a full role in leading and developing our culture that we are so proud of.

All our office based staff are working flexibly. We anticipate office attendance one or two days per week.
