You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to inspire, manage, and develop a small team, driving sales and profitability while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Inspire and lead a small store team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Ensure the store operates smoothly and is visually appealing.
• Train team members to become product experts, enhancing their ability to maximise sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Implement creative ways to enhance the customer shopping experience and store performance.
• Engage in activities like handling products, including lifting tiles and managing deliveries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven retail management experience with a track record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and support team members.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Creative flair, ideally with an interest in interior design, to assist customers in making style choices.
• Business acumen with a strategic approach to competition and store uniqueness.
• Physical ability to handle merchandise, including lifting and storage tasks.
