The role?
A brand new role has opened up for a Projects Resource Coordinator here at EnerMech. The role will be to sit within our Cranes and Lifting team and report into our Projects Resourcer.
The role will be to provide timely administrative support to the Resourcing team where they are responsible for souring ad-hoc personnel for primarily offshore mobilisations.
Duties and Responsibilities will include;- Responsible for daily checking, responding and on passing of information where appropriate from the Resourcing Inbox
- Responsible for raising contracts for ad-hoc temporary labour (auto-generated)
- Responsible for verifying certification with training bodies
- Responsible for ensuring onboarding process followed for all ad-hoc temporary labour
- Responsible for the Ltd Company contract administration
- ·Raise and update PO/PI for Ltd Company contractors
- Support the Projects Resourcer with all administration related to the life cycle of an employee
- Assist the Project Resourcer with the identification of temporary workers from the ad-hoc skills pool to meet project needs
You are?
To be successful for this position you will have previous administration experience. You will have a proven track record of working in a busy, varied role where no day is the same. Ideally you will be able to work to your own initiative and work to deadlines.
