Mortgage Advisor - Colchester

Are you a qualified Mortgage Advisor with CAS status and a minimum of 2 years of advisory experience, seeking a new opportunity?

We are currently looking for skilled advisers who meet these qualifications to join our client’s expanding team in the Colchester area. They are a rapidly growing, independent Mortgage and Protection firm offering a unique opportunity for Mortgage Advisors to join their team and can offer a fantastic lead source with uncapped commission.

They are offering for the successful Mortgage Advisor:

• Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (based on experience)
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 - £70,000
• Bespoke commission stricture on written business

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 1 year with CAS status
• Proven experience as a mortgage adviser
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Highly organised with effective time management

Key responsibilities for the position of Mortgage Advisor:

• Generating mortgage business
• Providing top-tier customer service at all times
• Maintaining proactive and ongoing customer communication
