Mortgage Advisor

Location: Colchester (hybrid/remote)

We are working with a fantastic brokerage based in Essex, and due to growing lead sources, they are looking for another Mortgage Advisor to join them. This is a self-employed role - there are no monthly costs, all leads provided (many of them are HNW!), and they can provide income support to guarantee your earnings for the first few months. You’ll ideally be based in the South East, with the ability to commute to Colchester for meetings.

• Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

• Minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience, CeMAP and CAS required.
• Whole of market background is required.
• You'll ideally be based in the South East, although this role can be remote, as attendance at monthly/quarterly meetings in Colchester is a necessity.
• You don't need to bring over a full client bank, but you must be motivated and driven to earn well.

• Realistic first year OTE of up to 70k, potential to be much higher, tiered commission.
• Retainer paid while your pipeline builds.

• Remote working (full use of office space available if preferred), all equipment provided.
