Your Role:
As a Store Support Manager, you'll be the versatile leader who steps in wherever needed, ensuring that each store operates smoothly and efficiently while inspiring our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
A Typical Day Involves:
- Traveling between stores to provide support and leadership.
- Briefing and motivating teams to meet daily sales targets.
- Engaging with customers to offer product knowledge and support.
- Coaching team members on best practices for customer service.
- Ensuring that store standards are maintained in line with ProCook’s brand values.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Passion for cooking and customer service excellence.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different store environments.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel between store locations as needed
