Hours of work: Nights (21:00 – 05:00 or 22:00 – 06:00) Sunday to Thursday nights inclusive
Location: Clayton Park Bakeries at Clayton le Moors and Huncoat near Accrington, this role will cover both sites.Salary: Competitive

About the Role
We are looking for a Process technologist/Quality Technician (combined role)
to join the team at Clayton Park Bakery covering both of our sites at Petre Road and Huncoat. You'll oversee bread production andsupport quality assurance across the site, ensuring food products meet high standards and comply with company specifications and
legislation.
What will I be doing?
You’ll be the link between technical department and the production team, with responsibility for making sure that new productsmeet the product specifications on an ongoing basis.
This is a hands-on role, which involves problem solving, forward thinking which gives you the opportunity to work within thefactory alongside several departments.
- Oversee bread manufacturing to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Ensure production teams carry out relevant quality checks.
- Log production data to identify trends and resolve issues.
- Investigate product complaints and provide feedback.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct GMP audits and ensure adherence to traceability systems.
