The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead our talent development initiatives and enhance our organisational learning culture. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our team's growth and development and drive strategic training initiatives across our global operations.
Requirements- Design and manage apprenticeship, internship, and mentorship programs, ensuring effective support and guidance to all participants and stakeholders.
- Oversee internal and external training programs, identifying skill gaps, and developing tailored development plans in collaboration with management.
- Develop and enhance induction and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Maintain compliance with mandatory training requirements across multiple regions.
- Support the creation and revision of career paths and competency frameworks, assisting employees in understanding their growth and development opportunities within the company.
- Provide essential support in performance reviews and appraisals, advising on training needs and development plans.
- Facilitate internal mobility by designing and delivering training programs that support role transitions.
- Offer career coaching to employees, aiding them in navigating career opportunities within the organisation.
- Lead the implementation and management of the Learning Management System (LMS), using data insights to adjust training strategies as needed.
- Promote a learning culture within the company, collecting feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
- Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
