The opportunity:

We are seeking to recruit an energetic and motivated Commercial Sales Administrator to provide administration support to the Sales and Commercial department, with a key focus on the processing of sales orders and supporting the highly driven sales team.

Location & Hours:

The role is permanent and based out of our beautiful HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), enjoying a rural location, where lunch is provided onsite daily and ample parking. Working hours are 40 hours per week and we offer agile working whereby you can work 1 day from home.

What you will be doing:

  • Processing sales orders for planting/floristry schemes from the sales team into Business Central to allow them to be ordered, installed and maintained.
  • Processing cancellations, request notes and other contractual changes through to the wider business stakeholders via BC.
  • Develop and constantly look to improve systems and processes related to the role and team
  • Take tasks through to completion with as little involvement from the Sales and Commercial Manager as possible – keeping them informed through reporting as necessary
  • Where relevant, supporting Sales, Commercial Managers and Designers with tenders and costings for projects

Requirements

Applications are welcomed from candidates who have experience of working in a sales or customer service environment supporting a sales or business development function in similar roles: Sales Administrator, Customer Services Executive:

  • Organized, efficient and pro-active with initiative and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally
  • Experience or some knowledge of using a CRM or ERP system
  • MS Office including Excel and PP is highly desirable
  • Experience working with ERP systems and/ or CRM systems would be beneficial
