Handle a caseload of lower-value claims.
Conduct witness interviews and gather statements.
Investigate claims and using fraud detection tools.
Review medical evidence.
Prepare court documents and legal pleadings.
A legal qualification or equivalent experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will:
Assist partners on catastrophic injury and large loss claims.Handle a caseload of lower-value claims.
Conduct witness interviews and gather statements.
Investigate claims and using fraud detection tools.
Review medical evidence.
Prepare court documents and legal pleadings.
Manage deadlines effectively within a case management system.
The ideal candidate:
Previous paralegal experience.A legal qualification or equivalent experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft office and legal case management systems.
