Customer Service Representative
Location: Ripon HG4
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday), 09:00 - 12:00 (Saturday)
36 Hours per week

We are currently looking for confident, approachable and ambitious candidate to work with my client, to support the continuous service of their valued customers.

The Key Duties of the Customer Service Representative- Providing face to face customer service.
- Dealing with outbound and inbound calls.
- Booking reviews for customers.
- Provide support for vulnerable customers.
- Recommend relevant products to customers.
- Customer facing experience within hospitality, retail or office based roles.
- Ability to actively listen to customer needs.
- Represent the company behaviours: be accountable, be curious, be collaborative, be brave.
