School Administrative Assistant
The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel and a background in educational administration.

- Location: Sutton, South London
- Salary: £13-£17 inclusive of holiday pay
- Job Type: Part-time ongoing 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM ( term time only )
Day-to-day of the role of a School Admin Assistant :
- Spend three days per week with the Admissions and Student Services team, assisting with various administrative tasks.
- Work one day per week with the MIS (Management Information Systems) team, helping to manage and analyse data related to educational programs.
- Utilise Excel to manage and organise data effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of bursary payments and ensure compliance with educational funding regulations.
- Provide support to both teams in handling enquiries and processing documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications required for the role of a School Admin Assistant:
- Proven experience in an administrative role within the education sector.
- Knowledge of bursary payments and educational funding.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and coordinate tasks across different teams.
- Dbs on the update service or to be prepared to apply for one
