We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Manager to support the development of our quality assurance framework and to assist our Voyage care services in ongoing and continuous improvement.
Working as part of the Quality and Compliance Team and reporting to the Senior Quality Compliance Manager to oversee and support the regulatory and quality performance care services within the company. This will include completing quality reviews, as well as providing support and guidance to services on compliance with regulatory requirements, adherence to best practice guidance, delivering on a quality improvement.
As a Quality and Compliance Manager you will need to have up to date knowledge of legislation, regulation, policy and best practice as applied to social care and services.
