Responsible for managing and developing a dedicated team of medical sales specialists across the UK you will be adept at getting the best from individuals, achieving results through your strong leadership, mentoring, coaching and management skills.
You will be able to build and maintain a cohesive and productive team, managing effectively and bringing out the best to achieve growth and annual sales targets. Your team will be selling into specialist areas such as renal, oncology, TPN, ITU, infection prevention etc.
