Job Overview: We are looking for a highly driven National Sales Manager with a proven track record of new business development. This is a pure hunter role, focused on securing new business opportunities rather than managing existing accounts.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales across the UK.

In this role, you’ll work from home but must be willing to travel nationwide to meet with clients and attend monthly office meetings. You will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while pursuing new business in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, and commercial laundry services.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business development across the UK, focusing on selling commercial laundry and catering equipment to end users.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers within industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and education.
Conduct face-to-face client meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of equipment.
Maintain a strong pipeline and accurately report on sales activities and forecasts.

Attend monthly meetings at the head office and provide regular updates on performance and market trends.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in sales of commercial laundry and catering equipment, specifically to end users experience with manufacturers or distributors is not applicable.
Demonstrated success in new business hunting, with a focus on securing new clients and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work autonomously in a home-based role with frequent national travel.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Full UK driving license is required.

Base salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.
On-target earnings OTE of £100,000+.
