Design, deliver and evaluate training and development interventions that are aligned to the Trust values and leadership framework, including facilitation of workshops, and/or team development and the Trust Welcome.
Working with Head of L&OD, developing leadership capability across the organisation, through a range of methods including training, coaching, mentoring, self-development, on the job development and e-learning. With HR colleagues and the Head of L&OD, develop and deliver team and management interventions to resolve conflict in teams and promote effective team working e.g. designing and implementing initiatives. Working alongside leaders to develop and deliver a strategic approach to performance improvement, engagement and change management to support the achievement of the Trusts desired culture and behaviours.
