Job Description
The Role- Business Development Manager - Estate Agents: Focused on building and nurturing relationships with estate agents to integrate value-added conveyancing tools.
- Client Engagement: Develop and manage your own activity, visiting customers and promoting innovative solutions that simplify and streamline the conveyancing process.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored value propositions.
- Consultative Sales: Navigate a complex sales cycle, positioning solutions as essential tools for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in the property buying cycle.
- Market Expertise: Leverage knowledge of estate agents or mortgage brokers to identify opportunities and provide meaningful insights.
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in new business development, selling product or service to the estate agency or mortgage brokering sectors.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to sell value-added services or platforms through understanding client challenges and presenting effective solutions.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and capable of independently managing activities and territories.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in property, financial services, or related sectors is highly desirable.
