Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

A well established building services company, is currently looking for an Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.
The Air Conditioning Engineer will be tasked with both reactive and planned service, maintenance, focusing on our commercial sites located in and around the home counties.
This includes ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and addressing any issues that arise promptly. Working hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks; maintenance, service, attending breakdowns and occasional installation of VRV's, VRF's, Splits and Multi Splits.
The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible not only for installation but also for call outs, troubleshooting, and addressing any faults that may arise during the course of their work.
Refrigeration & air conditioning qualifications
Minimum six years’ experience in the same or similar field.
A time served apprenticeship
Annual salary circa £42-£46k dependent on skills and experience.
Annual holiday entitlement is 23 days plus bank holidays.
Overtime is regularly available, enabling a potential earning of £10,000 - £25,000 extra p/a.
Contribute 4% of basic salary (not including bonus payment) to a personal pension plan.
Company vehicle provided which includes; SatNav, tracker, automatic transmission, air conditioning, tools racking.

Job Duties
The Air Conditioning Engineer Job will require:
The Air Conditioning engineers role is to deliver maintenance to SFG-20 and repair works and reactive services to a professional standard.The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks; maintenance, service, attending breakdowns and occasional installation of VRV's, VRF's, Splits and Multi Splits.
The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible not only for installation but also for call outs, troubleshooting, and addressing any faults that may arise during the course of their work.
The engineer would also need to comply with health and safety procedures on site.
Job Requirements
The Air Conditioning Engineer would require the following qualification or equivalent to: Refrigerant handling qualification (C&G 2079)
F-GAS qualificationRefrigeration & air conditioning qualifications
Minimum six years’ experience in the same or similar field.
A time served apprenticeship
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Have a full UK drivers Licence
Deep understanding of the refrigeration process and ways to achieve improved performance and being able to demonstrate it.Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
