Job Description
  • Providing administrative support to the investor relations team
  • Assisting with the preparation of investor presentations and reports
  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls with investors
  • Maintaining investor contact database and tracking investor communications
  • Assisting with the coordination of investor events and roadshows
  • Responding to investor queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects as required
  • Liaising with various departments within the company to gather information for investors

A successful 'Investor Relations - Executive Assistant' should have:
