Job Description- Providing administrative support to the investor relations team
- Assisting with the preparation of investor presentations and reports
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls with investors
- Maintaining investor contact database and tracking investor communications
- Assisting with the coordination of investor events and roadshows
- Responding to investor queries in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects as required
- Liaising with various departments within the company to gather information for investors
