Night Care Manager

We are currently looking for a Night Care Manager to join our dedicated team within a beautiful Care Home in Lancaster. This is a full-time permanent opportunity working 8pm to 8am on a two-week rolling rota.

You will ensure the that detailed and effective handovers are completed and evidenced, including the handover of company property and medications. We are looking for a role model, who can build exceptional rapport with residents and their families.

• Extensive knowledge in dementia and elderly care, holding NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Proven experience in team management, including supervisions and appraisals.
• Strong understanding of medication management within care settings.

• Lead and manage the night team, facilitating nightly meetings and providing staff feedback.
• Oversee night rotas to ensure adequate staffing and skill mix.
• Communicate effectively with management to address concerns promptly.
