Your Role as an Extra Care Manager In this pivotal year, as a Extra Care Manager you will play a vital role in delivering and managing the Group’s first purpose built Extra Care scheme. As the scheme is scheduled for handover in early Summer 2025 you will have an exciting opportunity to shape the delivery of the extra care offer and key services at the scheme.
Following handover, you will ensure that the scheme is managed to the highest possible standards and our Tenant’s feel supported and valued. Join us in our mission to cultivate thriving communities where every Tenant feels truly at home. This is a full time role, working 36.25 hours per week on a Permanent contract.
What You Will Bring: An experience of managing services that ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of customers.An ability to develop and manage relationships with partner organisations.Able to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivatedYou will be highly organised and able to effectively manage competing priorities.Experience of leading, developing and motivating a team.
