Deputy Nurse Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team. Set within acres of beautiful land, the nursery offers a large outdoor play area, providing endless opportunities for adventure and exploration. As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of care and education. What We’re Looking For- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Proven senior experience in a nursery or early years setting is required.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and OFSTED standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative in a leadership capacity.
