Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office tasks including answering calls, managing emails, and organizing office documents.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for team members.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed on time.
- Track and monitor project deadlines and deliverables, providing reminders and updates to team members.
- Support the team in document preparation, including reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with coordinating internal and external communications, acting as a point of contact for visitors and inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and order when necessary.
- Support office operations and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with departmental projects by providing administrative support and coordination.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or equivalent); administrative certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support or office management.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing workloads.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, permanent position with standard office hours (9 AM – 5 PM)
- Occasional flexibility in working hours may be required.
