Sports Coach

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to athletes’ needs.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes sportsmanship and personal growth.
- Analyse performance and provide constructive feedback to athletes.
- Organise and lead practices, drills, and competitive events.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and the community to support athletes.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience in.
- Strong understanding of sport-specific techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all skill levels.
