An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Officer to join the current HR team to provide a professional, high-quality and customer-focused HR service to allocated business areas, supporting each area with their HR requirements including recruitment, selection and onboarding administration and safeguarding checks, inputting data for payroll, preparation and issue of contractual documentation in line with legislation, drafting letters for employee contract addendums, upkeep of electronically stored HR files alongside and general HR Administration, alongside supporting early-stage HR processes relating to absence management, probation, performance improvement and disciplinary.

The ideal candidate will be invested in the HR field, with experience of HR Administration and have gained, or be working towards, CIPD Level 3 Qualification and have a working knowledge of the HR generalist field.

Excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy are also required.
