Job Description- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR department.
- Managing staff records, ensuring they are kept up-to-date and confidential.
- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting ads and organising resumes screening.
- Coordinating HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
- Liaising with external partners and ensuring legal compliance is met at all times.
- Collaborating with the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
- Being the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Officer should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in a HR role within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise important projects.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- An approximate salary range of £32,000 to £36,000 per annum.
