The Opportunity This is a great opportunity to work on one of the most valuable and iconic brands in the world where you will be responsible for implementing promotional strategies to grow current and incremental McDonalds businessTo support Line Manager in the management and implementation of McDonalds UK Marketing calendar to win share from our competitors, grow current and incremental McDonalds businessTo run the development of tactical marketing programmes that will deliver against the agreed annual marketing and business plans of McDonaldsTo run, and be responsible for, the implementation of all below-the-line elements of agreed marketing programmes, from brief to completionTo support in the delivery of above-the-line elements of agreed marketing programmesTo develop and lead strong internal relationships and systems for best-in-class communication and delivery of programmesWhat will my accountabilities be?To support in the development of clear and inspiring marketing briefs for external agencies to activate promotions and campaignsTo support in the development of critical time paths for timely delivery of all activityTo build, and gain approval of, robust business cases on all activities and subsequently proactively lead and input into the timely evaluation of all programmesTo support in the delivery of the production, implementation, and approval, of all ATL and BTL creative, corporate website and internal communication against agreed marketing programmes, including daily agency managementTo demonstrate a sound commercial understanding of the businessTo demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively, building validated working relationship both internally (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Legal, Finance, Business Strategy & Insight, Supply Chain, Food Development, QA, Customer Services and Operations) and externally with agencies and suppliersWhat Team Will I be a part?
