Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of your students.Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to learn.
Continuously assess student progress, providing meaningful feedback to promote growth and improvement.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the learning experience for all students.
Actively participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher communication.
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to promote a cohesive school community.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS.Experience in a primary school teaching role (NQTs are encouraged to apply).
A passion for supporting children’s academic, social, and emotional development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all students.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
