This role is pivotal in enhancing operational resilience through robust backup and disaster recovery solutions.
What You'll Do: As a Technical Business Analyst, you will:
� Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable solutions.
� Collaborate across multiple workstreams to develop and implement a centralised backup and disaster recovery strategy.
� Analyse and optimise business processes, ensuring seamless integration of control systems and automation.
� Assess the impact of change proposals, providing valuable recommendations to enhance governance.
� Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions to drive project success.
� Present complex data effectively using graphical techniques for clarity and understanding.
� Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should have:
� Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience, with exposure to full development lifecycle disciplines.
� Strong technical acumen in backup, disaster recovery, and automation solutions.
� Expertise in business analysis techniques, including data modelling and process improvement.
� Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a knack for facilitating discussions and gathering requirements.
� Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
� Hands-on experience with business impact assessments and programme governance.
Desirable Skills:
� Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and its lifecycle processes.
� Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations, such as NIS Regulations, ISA/IEC 62443, or NIST Cyber Security Framework.
� Relevant qualifications (e.g., BCS ISEB Diploma, SAFe Agile Certification).
