SEN Teaching Assistant – High Peak
Location: High PeakPay Rate: £85 - £100 per day

Contract Type: Full-time, Term-Time Only
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs at a secondary school in the High Peak area. This role involves working closely with students who require tailored learning support, including those with autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
The Role:
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and supporting students’ progress.
- Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to ensure students receive the best possible support.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
- A patient and nurturing approach to supporting students.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
