The Role
As a key part of the team, you will assist fee earners with a range of legal and administrative tasks, including:
- Drafting legal documentation and correspondence under supervision
- Preparing SDLT and Land Registry forms with accuracy and efficiency
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and third parties to progress transactions smoothly
- Time recording and maintaining case files in an organised and methodical manner
- Providing typing and administrative support to the department
- Previous experience working as a paralegal in residential property
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and compliance requirements
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good IT skills, including experience with electronic legal forms and case management systems
