An esteemed and award-winning Special Educational Needs (SEN) school group is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their permanent staff from April 2025 or sooner. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team committed to providing outstanding education and support for children and young people with a range of special educational needs.

The Role:

The successful candidate will:
  • Plan, deliver, and adapt engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Support students with diverse SEN requirements, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including SEN specialists, teaching assistants, and therapists.
  • Foster a positive and structured classroom atmosphere to promote student development.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents, carers, and external professionals.
Requirements:
  • Previous UK classroom experience (essential)
  • Experience working with children and young people with SEN (essential)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (desired but not essential)
  • A strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
  • Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability
  • A commitment to fostering the well-being and progress of all students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
