The Role
We're looking for an Infrastructure & Cyber Security Engineer to help maintain and enhance robust, secure systems while leading initiatives to improve cyber security. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated team and industry-leading partners.
What You'll Do- Manage network devices and security systems, including patching and vulnerability management.
- Collaborate on security policies and disaster recovery plans to align with organisational needs.
- Optimise security tools, conduct risk assessments, and implement recommendations for system improvements.
- Deliver security training to raise organisational awareness of cyber threats.
- Oversee maintenance, optimisation, and troubleshooting of servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Implement scalable cloud solutions with a focus on security and compliance.
About You
We're looking for a candidate who:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role spanning infrastructure and cyber security.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Cyber Security, IT, or a related field.
- Possesses relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCSE, CCSP, CISSP, CCNA).
- Demonstrates strong knowledge in:
- Operating Systems: Windows, Mac OS.
- Networking and security systems: SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Azure, M365, and Tenable Nessus.
- Cybersecurity standards: NIST, Cyber Essentials Plus, PCI DSS, MITRE ATT&CK.
- Has excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 including hybrid working, benefits and bonus
