Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare
Requirements- NVQ Level 3 or Level 3 Diploma (QCF) in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (England) (or equivalent). Must be willing to complete if not already obtained.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in residential care for children within the last 5 years.
- Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role managing staff in a care setting.
